Nor-Lake Foodservice Refrigeration Equipment

Nor-Lake was founded in the garage of a creamery in Hudson, Wisconsin in 1947. Originally manufacturing ice cube makers, Nor-Lake!&#!39;s line of products has expanded to include a large variety of commercial refrigeration products. Since their founding, Nor-Lake has become the leading manufacturer of commercial walk-in boxes, coolers, and freezers with their specialized Kold Locker line being the top pick among nearly all customers. Their product line also includes their AdvantEDGE line which includes reach-in refrigerators and freezers, prep tables, bar equipment, and more. Nor-Lake changed from fiberglass to polyurethane foam insulation on their products in the late 80s, which created a massive energy saving solution. In addition, they have been credited as being the first commercial refrigeration company to introduce an HCFC blowing Ozone Guard-22 polyurethane insulation, which massively reduced the amount of ozone-depleting CFCs given off by all refrigeration products. Nor-Lake remained family-owned until 2003 when they joined the Standex Foodservice Group. With Nor-Lake!&#!39;s dedication to service and high-quality products, they have truly earned one of the most respected names in the foodservice industry.
